My hobbies
- Baking
- Walks
- Animals
Baking is an activity I’ve really taken to. I still enjoy it immensely; it allows me to switch off and relax. However, I don’t bake as often as I’d like because I simply don’t have the time. Another issue is that the treats actually have to be eaten. Still, an occasion always seems to come up—like a birthday party, a christening, or just Sunday coffee. What I love most about baking is the chance to get creative with my desserts.
I’m not fussy when it comes to walks. Since I live in a village, there are plenty of places nearby where I can go for a stroll—like the St. Anne Chapel, for instance. We also have a Stations of the Cross trail here, and for a longer walk, Roháčka or Greenpoint are ideal spots. I often get my friends to come along with me, too.
I really love animals; I grew up with them. My grandmother used to take me to see dogs when I was little, so one day we decided to get one ourselves. I named him Orion—yes, after that chocolate star. He grew up alongside me and is now 11 years old. About five years ago, I started wanting a guinea pig. It took a long time to convince my parents to get one, but I finally succeeded. Her name is Džidži, and she is 4 years old.
