I enjoy doing many hobbies of differebt kinds. I do some for a long time, others only for a short time. I always like to learn new things and gather experience wherever I can.

Piano

I have been playing the piano for nine years and I still enjoy it very much. Last year I finished 8 - year elementary level, but I am now continuing on with the second degree, which I plan to finish. I mainly play classical music and accompany other classmates. I also went to music theory classes for seven years, which is why I like to listen to classical music and visit classical music concerts. I quite often perform, recently in the school competition "Playful keys" I received the silver band. The piano is the best form of relaxation for me. My favorite pieces I played: Moonlight sonata 3.movement (Beethoven), Preludium c sharp minor(Rachmaninov), Wedding day in Troldhaugen (Grieg).

Travelling

I love travelling thanks to my parents, with whom I have been going on trips around Slovakia and abroad since I was a child. In Slovakia, I like castles, palaces, ruins and, of course, our beautiful nature. We traveled a part of Europe and when I get older, I would like to travel further. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, nature, cities, but also by the sea. I really like historical and cultural monuments and architecture. Thanks to traveling, I get to know new countries, languages, foods, traditions and, above all, collect valuable experiences. It is a great activity for me, because I can really relax.

Sport

I play various sports, but none professionally. As I like to spend time in nature, I also like hiking and thanks to the DofE, I started to enjaoy camping. During the summer, in addition to hiking, I like to swim and bike. In winter, I go skiing and skating quite often. In PE claSSES or with my friends, I prefer to play volleyball or floorball. I am especially a fan of ice-hockey.

Books and films

Since I was a child, I liked to read books and go to the library. At first I liked fantasy and adventure genre, later I started reading scientific, detective or theological books. My favorites are of course the Bible, then The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Narnia and The Hunger Games. My father is a big fan of movies and because of him, I am too. Our whole family like to watch movies together. I like all genres, but mostly I enjoy sci-fi, fantasy and action movies.
