My Hobbies

Piano

In my free time, you’ll most often find me at the piano. I’ve been playing the piano for eleven years. I’m a student at the Elementary School of Arts Veľký Šariš . I’m actively involved in solo piano performance, playing in an orchestra and a band, and accompanying others. Playing the piano is my great passion. I learn new pieces and playing techniques, develop my musical sensibility, overcome challenges, and learn how to practice effectively. Playing the piano is a significant part of my life and, at the same time, a space for creativity and personal growth.

Singing

I sing mainly for my own enjoyment, but this year I’m starting to take singing lessons at the Elementary School of Arts Ebony. I sing in the parish church choir and occasionally contribute my voice to school events. I am very grateful for the gift of singing, because for me it means relaxation, peace of mind, a chance to recharge, or simply a way to brighten my days.

Working with Children

Another of my hobbies involves working with children. It’s a passion, a responsibility, a commitment, a presence, and perhaps even a calling. I enjoy spending time with children, taking care of them, entertaining them, playing with them, and coming up with activities for them. I like to learn about child care, their health, needs, and upbringing, as well as their mental and motor development... I work as a volunteer and activity leader at eRko and also in our village; I’m part of the Župčany Library team, under whose wing we organize various events and activities for children. Children are a gift, and I’m very happy to have the opportunity to meet and work with them. It brings me a lot of joy and a sense of purpose, even though it’s often not easy.
